A member of our team will be in touch to ask a few questions and to provide a guaranteed offer for your vehicle, subject to a physical appraisal on collection.

Free Collection and Instant Payment

Once you have accepted our offer, we will arrange to collect your car at an agreed time and place. An appraisal of the vehicle will take place on collection and if it differs to the online appraisal we will need to adjust our offer accordingly.

We will require your bank details so that we can arrange the instant transfer of funds. In the instance of outstanding finance, we will settle this on your behalf. We will transfer the remaining balance into your account and provide proof that your finance has been settled.

What We Need From You

We are committed to protecting ourselves and our clients from any fraudulent activity. As such the following documents should be present at your appointment in order to be able to agree a deal.

Essential Vehicle Documents

V5
Service History Book
MOT (if applicable)
Settlement letter from your finance company (only applicable if you have outstanding finance on your vehicle)

Personal Documents Required

Photo Driving Licence or Passport
Utility Bill OR Bank / Credit Card Statement OR Council Tax statement
(These must match the address on the V5).

Anything else?

Handbooks, Spare Keys, Locking Wheel nuts, Radio & Key Codes, Sat Nav Discs etc. are all desirable and will have a positive impact on the value we can offer you. Don't worry if you don't have them though, just inform our member of staff so we can take this into account.

If you are NOT the registered keeper then we will require written authorisation from the registered keeper that you are authorised to sell the vehicle and the registered keepers photo ID.
